Failure to comply with this rule may result in the loss of your table location, and the exhibitor is placed at the end of the waiting list with possible loss of future show tables.

EXHIBIT AND SALE ITEMS:

Sale and display items are restricted to militaria and weapons prior to 1945. Dealers without an FFL may sell antique weapons prior to 1898 vintage. Any vendors with post-1898 weapons must have an FFL or a Relic & Curio license as prescribed by law. Absolutely no flea market, survivalist, or inappropriate material will be permitted. By signing this form you agree to abide by these regulations. We reserve the right to have any materials we deem inappropriate removed from a sale or display table. Under no circumstances may any post-1945 manufactured handguns or shoulder arms be sold, traded, displayed, or otherwise change ownership at this show. Reproduction items must be so marked. Any misrepresentation with intent to defraud will result in refusal of space at future National shows and may result in prosecution. All cartridge handguns and permitted cartridge shoulder arms must have the hammer tied down or the action tied shut so that they cannot be operated and cartridges cannot be put in the chamber. You are responsible for knowing and abiding by all city, state, and federal laws involving the sale or transfer of pre-1945 manufactured handguns and shoulder arms. Black powder or explosives in any form, and modern devices they are used in, are forbidden. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO loaded weapons or live artillery shells allowed in the hall at any time. Please check all arms for loads. ONLY show and security personnel may possess modern weapons in the hall. Violations may result in eviction from the facility and/or prosecution.

BADGES:

Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times during the show. Badges will be provided at the dealer registration table during dealer set-up for all personnel listed on your registration form (provided all fees have been paid.) Any changes after July 12, 2024, will result in a $20.00 charge. No exceptions. You are responsible for seeing that any badges issued to you are worn by the person whose name appears on it. BADGES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. NO ADMITTANCE TO DEALER SETUP WITHOUT A BADGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) BADGES PER MULTI-TABLE DEALERS!

LIABILITY:

All dealers and badge-holders are legally responsible for any accident that may occur as a result of mishandling of any items at their table or in their charge. The National Civil War & Antique Arms Show (Publisher's Press, Inc.), the Meadow Event Park and their employees are not responsible for any accidents or thefts. Each table holder is responsible for the security of his/her table.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellations must be received in our office by July 12, 2024. Any cancellations received after July 12, 2024, will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

TABLES:

All table fees must be received by the end of the day on Friday, July 12, 2024. We will not have any empty tables. Any requests for tables after July 12 must be made by calling 540-513-5002 and your table fee secured with a credit card. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any exhibitor who has not registered by 8:00 AM Saturday, July 20, 2024, will be assumed absent and their tables revert to the National Civil War & Antique Arms Show, which will make such disposition of the tables as it sees fit. Sales activity is prohibited from display-only tables. Your tables must be completely set up and uncovered during public show hours. Show tables must be covered with a flame retardant cover during non-show hours with the exception of dealer setup. Dealers and exhibitors must provide their own  covers. The public pays to see you and your exhibit. Please don't let them down by leaving your table unattended or packing up early.

VIRGINIA STATE SALES TAX:

All dealers are responsible for and required to accurately record, report, and pay any applicable Virginia state sales tax.

SECURITY:

We will provide armed 24-hour on-site security. In addition, the facility is equipped with a sophisticated security system. Although we have provided the above protection, we are not responsible for losses of any kind, property damage, theft, or personal injury. We urge you to keep a watchful eye on your table(s) at all times.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not permitted in the hall. Please smoke outside of the building at the designated areas. The National Civil War & Antique Arms Show reserves the right to expel anyone creating a disturbance, or, in the opinion of any staff member or show representative, exhibiting improper or unacceptable behavior. Violation of show rules or regulations may result in expulsion. This is for everyone's protection and enjoyment of the event.

We look forward to having you at our 2024 National Civil War & Antique Arms Show!
